World Psoriasis Day
World Psoriasis Day 2025 was observed on 29th October 2025 in the premises of Basaveshwara Medical College and Hospital for public awareness, focusing on the theme of understanding and managing Psoriasis.
The programme was highlighted by the presence of a distinguished Chief Guest, Dr. Shruthi Hegde (MBBS, MD, DVL), who is also the winner of the prestigious title, Miss Universal Petite 2024.
The day commenced with a major Psoriasis Awareness Cyclothon organized by Basaveshwara Medical College in association with the chitradurga dermatologists assosciation which was inaugurated by Dr Shruthi Hegde.
