World AMR Awareness Week (WAAW) – 2025 – Sensitization Programme

Venue: Second Floor Seminar Hall, Hospital Campus.
Organised by: Anti-Microbial Stewardship and Pre-authorisation (AMSP) Committee in co-ordination with Dept of Microbiology and Dept of Pharmacology.
The programme began with Dr Lakshmi R P, Assistant Professor, Dept of Microbiology invoking the blessings of the His Holiness and inviting all the dignitaries on the Dias.
Dr Shubha D S, Professor and Head, Dept of Microbiology welcomed the gathering along and also highlighted the importance of the event.
The programme was formally inaugurated by Watering the Plant as per the traditions of SJM, Vidyapeetha symbolising the nurturing of every efforts for Growth and Prosperity of everyone and also the institution.
