General Medicine department is the major pillar in the functioning of Basaveshwara Medical College and Hospital. The department consists of four units and offers advanced care in Internal Medicine & critical care. Medicine is a tertiary care providing Department, catering to patients with simple fever to complicated cases requiring ICU care. We see around 200 patients in outpatient. Specialty clinics are also part of outpatient care. We have fully equipped intensive cardiac and respiratory units.
