Basaveshwara medical college and Hospital and SHE BOX PORTAL Committee has organized 1 day workshop about Sexual Harassment of Women at work place (Prevention, Prohibition & Redressal) Act-2013. The program was graced by the presence of Dr. Rajesh M.S. Medical Superintendent and BMCH She Box Portal Nodal officer. Deputy Medical Superintendent Dr. Nagendra Gowda. The Chief guest were Mrs. Pavithra.N, Assistant Director of women and Child development Department, Chitradurga. Discusion on Prevention this and how to complaint to Management was explaned and were Provided a comprehensive explanation of SHE Box Portal Committee . BMCH Teaching and Non Teaching Staff were also encouraged to actively participate in spreading this crucial awareness, a fundamental component of SHE Portal.
The audience comprised interested faculty members from various departments within the institution. The program was successful in imparting the Basaveshwara Medical College, Hospital Chitradurga. The effective execution of the program was made possible through the dedication of Dr.NaveenaJyothi H, Assistant Professor and BMCH She Box Portal Chairperson, Mrs. Roopa.P, Public Relations Manager and BMCH She Box Portal Member .
